Lisa McGee has been named the Best Comedy Writer at the BAFTA Television Craft Awards 2023.
The awards, held in London on Sunday, celebrate the very best behind-the-scenes television talent of 2022.
The Derry Girls writer and creator took the top award in the comedy category for her work on the final series of the hit Channel 4 show.

Derry Girl's production company Hat Trick took to social media to congratulate the Derry native.
They said: "Massive congratulations are in order for the incredible Lisa McGee for winning the Comedy Writer category at the BAFTA Craft Awards this weekend!
"We are so proud."
The series is also nominated for three BAFTA Television Awards with P&O Cruises this year.
They are up for:
- Best Scripted Comedy
- Female Performance in a Comedy Programme (Siobhán McSweeney)
- P&O Cruises Memorable Moment Award (series finale)
The Awards, hosted by Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan, take place on Sunday, May 14.
