Lisa Marie Presley 'rushed to hospital after suspected cardiac arrest'

Lisa Marie Presley has reportedly been rushed to hospital by paramedics after suffering a suspected cardiac arrest.

Emergency service workers performed CPR on Thursday at her house in Calabasas before rushing the 54-year-old to a hospital. Paramedics were able to regain a pulse before transporting her, according to TMZ.

Sources close to the star claim she went into "full cardiac arrest" before an ambulance was called. The mother of four's current condition remains unknown, but it is understood she is receiving treatment in hospital, the Mirror reports.

Lisa Marie, who is the daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, attended the Golden Globe Awards on Tuesday night in Beverly Hills.

Lisa Marie and Priscilla were in tears as actor Austin Butler won an award for his role in Baz Luhrmann's Elvis. In Austin's touching Best Actor speech, he said he would love the mother-daughter duo "forever".

In the emotional tribute, he said: "I also want to thank our incredible producers and Warner Bros and the Presley family, thank you guys, thank you for opening your hearts, your memories, your home to me.

"Lisa Marie, Priscilla, I love you forever," Austin added.

Lisa owned and operated the immensely lucrative Elvis Presley Enterprises until 2005, when she sold off all of the business. She is still the owner of Graceland, Elvis' famed Memphis estate.
