Look, we don’t really know if Drew Lock was ripping on Jalen Hurts after he helped the Seattle Seahawks take down the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday night.
But as far as lip-readering go? There’s A LOT of speculation.
People on X (formerly Twitter) saw video of Lock looking around on the field after the final whistle on Monday night, and he says … something. They think it was: “I guess he’s sick.”
If that’s the case, it would line up with the fact that Hurts was indeed sick before Monday’s game, with his status in the air on Sunday regarding whether he’d start or not. And if that was the case, maybe that was Lock being a little insulted that Hurts wasn’t around to shake his hand:
