There was not much change on the Detroit Lions injury status report from Tuesday to Wednesday as the team gets ready to face the Panthers on Saturday. Unfortunately, the only change was a new addition.
Backup offensive tackle Matt Nelson joined the list of players sitting out. Nelson’s absence was not injury-related and no further details were provided by the team. He was not designated with an illness.
