Lions injury report: Terrion Arnold returns to practice after missing Thursday

After missing practice Thursday with an illness, rookie cornerback Terrion Arnold returned to practice Friday. Arnold was listed as a limited participant, but certainly an upgrade from Thursday and trending towards playing Monday against the 49ers.

The rest of Friday’s injury report was status quo from Thursday. Running back David Montgomery remains out with a knee injury. The hope is for Montgomery to return for the Divisional Round, giving the Lions a little more incentive to land the No. 1 seed and the first-round bye, which they can clinch this week with a win and a Vikings loss against the Packers.

Offensive guard Graham Glasgow logged a second day of full practice after missing Sunday’s game against the Bears with a knee injury. He looks to be in good shape to return to game action this week.

Wide receiver Kalif Raymond (hamstring) and linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin (neck) also both have two days of full practice this week. The Lions don’t have to activate either player this week. Reeves-Maybin has 12 days left on his 21-day practice window while Raymond still has 19 days as his clock just started this week. Detroit does, however, have two open spots on their 53-man roster.
