The FIFA Best awards return on Monday night with the biggest names in football battling it out for another top prize.
Last year's winner, Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski, is joined by PSG forward Lionel Messi and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah in the three-man list of nominees for the main award this year.
Lewandowski pipped Messi, then at Barcelona, and a Juventus-based Cristiano Ronaldo to the title at the 2020 event.
The award is voted for by the captain and manager of each recognised FIFA nation, as well as a media representative.
Of course, Messi is Argentina's long-time captain, while Ronaldo has held the armband for Portugal for 14 years.
That means that despite their involvement in the award, they can vote for who they think should win, excluding themselves.
Despite not yet playing for PSG, Messi picked former Barcelona team-mate Neymar and future team-mate Kylian Mbappe in first and second place, respectively, with Lewandowski his third choice.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo put Polish striker Lewandowski as his first choice, with Messi second and Mbappe in third.

Lewandowski was also eligible to vote, but snubbed both Ronaldo and Messi, with now-Liverpool midfielder Thiago Alcantara his first choice after helping Bayern lift the Champions League.
It says a lot about the rivalry with Messi that while Ronaldo has constantly been in opposition with the Argentine, he still holds a great deal of respect for his fellow superstar.
Ronaldo opened up on his relationship with Messi during a Champions League clash between the pair last season.
Despite scoring twice as Juve went on to win 3-0 at the Nou Camp, the Portuguese was full of praise for his long-time rival.
"I have always had a very good relationship with him," said Ronaldo.
"I shared 12, 13 or 14 years of award ceremonies with him. I never saw him as a rival. He always tries to do what is best for his team and me too. I always got along very well with him.
"But we know that in football, for the press, for the show, a rivalry is sought, but I have always gotten along well with him. I see him as always."
Ronaldo is thought to have invited Messi to dinner back in 2019.
Messi later accepted the invite, telling Supersport TV: "Yes, I don't have any problem with that. We might not be friends because we've never shared a dressing room together but I always see him at award shows and there's no problem.
"I don't know if there will be a dinner because I don't know if our paths will cross for obvious reasons, each one of us has our own life and our own commitments. But obviously, I would accept the invitation."
