Linlithgow Rose were promoted to the Lowland League after Abbey Vale sealed the South of Scotland title. The Prestonfield outfit were crowned East of Scotland champs last week and will play in the fifth tier for the first time in the club’s history next season.
Usually a play-off takes place between the three sixth tier champions but Abbey Vale and West of Scotland winners Beith don’t have the licence to play in the Lowland League - meaning the Rose automatically go up.
They'll become the first West Lothian side to play in the Lowland League since the league was formed in 2013.
