Lime have paused all their scooter operations in London due to the poor weather.
In a notification sent to their users, the hire company said: “To ensure rider safety, we have temporarily paused all scooter operations in London.
“If you are using a bike, please be extra careful and only ride when it’s safe to do so.”
The message came after London was hit by sheets of snow and ice on Sunday evening into Monday morning.

The UK recorded its coldest night of the year so far, with temperatures plunging to minus 15.7 degrees in Aberdeenshire - while also consistently dropping below zero in London.
Lime is not the only transport operator to have suffered disruption due to snow and ice on Monday.
Flights have been cancelled at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports, leaving hundreds stranded.
Flights at Stansted were suspended on Sunday after the runway was closed for the snow to be cleared, while more than 90 flights were cancelled from Heathrow, and snow and ice resulted in a runway being closed at Gatwick airport for about two hours on Sunday evening. At least 20 flights from Heathrow were cancelled on Monday, with Gatwick also warning of disruption.
Tube and train services into and around the capital are also continuing to feel problems, with Transport for London advising passengers to check before travelling. National Rail said there would be disruption to Thameslink, Gatwick Express and Southern services until midday, while Southeastern warned its customers not to travel on Monday morning. The C2C is running a normal service.
The Met Office has a yellow warning of ice in action for London until 11am on Tuesday, with temperatures expected to drop to minus three overnight. However, no more snow has been forecast for the rest of the week for the capital.
