Speculation has been swirling for months but it looks like the internet’s favourite couple David Harbour and Lily Allen have officially split after four years of marriage.
As reported by PEOPLE, multiple insiders have confirmed the split, with one telling the publication their “marriage has been crumbling” and “they have split”.
The publication added that neither Allen nor Harbour’s reps had returned a request for comment.
The Stranger Things actor — who married “Smile” singer Allen in 2020 after meeting on the celebrity dating app Raya — first got the rumour mill buzzing at the end of 2024 when he was reportedly spotted on the app once again.
In December, the singer, too, alluded to a “tough time” between the pair on her BBC podcast Miss Me?.
“I know I’ve been talking about it for months but I’ve been spiralling and spiralling and spiralling and it’s got out of control,” she said.
“I can’t concentrate on anything except the pain that I’m going through.”
At the time, the 39-year-old took aim at the rampant blind items posted by various tabloids with unverified gossip about their marriage.
“I know there’s been some horrible blind items on the internet about me being found by my husband in a crack den, surrounded by men. I don’t know who is spreading these vicious rumours but it’s not true,” she said.
She also told listeners the reports are “not doing us any good”.
“They’re certainly not doing me any good at the moment. I really don’t like my phone,” Allen said.
Brb, still need to digest this one.
