Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane slammed goalkeeper David de Gea after his mistake led to Everton drawing level in Friday evening's FA Cup third-round tie at Old Trafford.
United, who have strengthened their goalkeeping department with the signing of Crystal Palace goalkeeper Jack Butland on loan for the rest of the season, made the perfect start against the Toffees, taking a fourth minute lead through Antony, who converted Marcus Rashford's low cross. However, the visitors got themselves back on level terms ten minutes later through England centre-back Conor Coady.
The Wolves loanee stabbed the ball home from right on the goal-line after De Gea, somehow, allowed Neal Maupay's low cross to squeeze through his legs. The Spaniard, who went into the clash with Frank Lampard's side on a run of three successive clean sheets, appeared to get his feet tangled up and fall into the post.

It was a horror moment for the 32-year-old, meaning Keane, who has regularly been a critic of his in recent years, was quick to rue his mistake during his half-time analysis.
"Listen, obviously it's a shocking mistake again, Everton keeping the ball alive and Onana does well there, nice, strong and aggressive," Keane told ITV Sport. "Maupay puts it in but it's a shocking mistake from an international goalkeeper.
"Everton have shown a bit of fight, they've turned it into a cup tie, but De Gea there... it's like carry on football - it's almost like he’s had a few drinks! Shocking mistake.
"It's almost as if the goalkeeper's been sent off and they've got an outfield player in goal who doesn't know what to do. Horrendous mistake, it gives Everton some belief and a big lift for the supporters."
