Lidl has been going viral in recent days thanks to its €3.99 tan making a big appearance on a popular TikTok account, RSVP reports.
People are crying out for cheaper alternatives to popular luxury products and instant tan fits that bracket. However, they are realising they may not need to cut out the splurge product thanks to Lidl's €3.99 version.
It might be the perfect replacement for more expensive brands with some even claiming that it looks better.

TikTok user Becky Thomas shared her tanning routine which centred around this affordable tan.
The video has nearly 40k views with many people flocking to the supermarkets to get their hands on it.
Becky shared: “I use the Lidl tan. I used it in the medium shade. This is a mousse and I used it as a mousse on my upper body.”
She explained that she uses one layer on her hands and chest and two layers on her legs, saying: “I did two layers on my legs because I like it darker on my legs.”
While the Lidl tan comes in the form of a mousse, Becky shared that you can turn it into a liquid by removing the lid on the bottle.
“I also used it as a liquid on my legs. I take the lid off and put it on my mitt that way because you get a darker tan,” she said, before adding, “I find mousse sometimes hard to spread it on my legs.”
She loved the results, sharing: “This colour is so gorgeous and it didn’t seep into my pores at all.”
The TikToker called it her “new face” as she hailed it as “better than any expensive tan”.
Becky’s followers are also in love with the tan as they labelled it “the best” tan they have ever tried.
One person said: “It’s so good and the price is unmatched”.
A second commenter shared: “Looks gorgeous. Definitely going to get it tomorrow x”.
A third fan added: “Used THEM ALL - hands down this is the best and I only ever use it as a liquid”.
With another person saying: “I've been using it for nearly two years now it's the best one out there plus its a vegan tan also”.
