Store Manager, Derek Kavanagh, said the team are "delighted" to have the store reopened after the six week closure.
He said: "The team have worked very hard behind the scenes to get the store back up and running and we look forward to our customers seeing our new and improved store, enjoying the new features and experience the same great value they are used to.
"We have loved welcoming shoppers through our doors this morning and we hope to make a positive impact on this thriving community in the years to come."
To mark the store reopening, the Whitestown Way team chose charity HOPE - Suicide Prevention Drop-In Centre, located in Tallaght, to benefit from a €1,000 donation.
Lidl Whitestown Way store will be open daily: Monday – Saturday 8:00am – 10:00pm, and Sunday 9.00am – 9:00pm.
