The budget American style food includes Mcennedy American style pancakes, Smucker's Goober Grape Peanut Butter & Jelly, Marshmallow Fluff and frozen Mcennedy Déli Pockets which are either filled with burgers or hot dogs.
One shopper spotted the range during a shopping trip to Lidl and shared it on popular Facebook group, Food Finds UK.
Captioning her photos of her purchases, she wrote: "American week at Lidl's", along with the appropriate heart eye emoji.
She showed off the flavoured Frappe packets that just need added milk, Maize and Potato snacks in BBQ and curry flavour, corndogs and potato tots.
The new range could give us Scots a taste of America who are well known for their food.
The post quickly gained attention with 1.2k likes and 2.6k comments.
However, some of the range raised some eyebrows as Americans were even baffled by certain items.
Bri wrote: "As an American I do not approve lol. The only thing I see that looks like what we have here is the waffles and cheesecake. The frappes are something I find at the store, but not as good as a coffee shop. I’m seriously offended at the take on for dogs and hot pocket."
Kristen added: "As an American, I have never in my life seen hot dog deli pockets anywhere in the US but I'm curious on the taste."
"As an American this is not accurate. Those corndogs are SAD," Ann cried.
And Adrianne said: "I’m American & I’ve never heard of a hot dog deli pocket lol. Looks pretty cool tho!"
But Keeley interjected: "The burger deli pockets are lovely."
"I wanna try them corn dogs and the hot dog pockets." Layla said.
