Lidl Ireland lay out 47 item shopping list that would 'feed a family for a week' and cost just €76

Lidl have launched their 'inflation buster' shopping list in the last two weeks, with the German supermarket claiming that by buying products in their store, you could be able to feed a family of four for just under €76.

A Lidl statement explained: "With products from across our incredible range, you could make your family a week’s worth of delicious, nutritious meals… and round it all off with a big Irish Sunday roast That’s a whole week’s shop for a family of four for less than €76!

"Contains all food & drink needed for a balanced diet"

Now, they've gone one further by publishing the list in full - and it does seem to represent some serious value.
