Supermarkets have been urging shoppers to check their cupboards for products that have been pulled from store shelves following health and safety warnings.
Lidl, Aldi, Asda and Morrisons are among the major retailers that have had recall a few items that shoppers have been urgently warned not to consume.
The product recalls were shared to The Food Standards Agency (FSA) recently where the next steps were explained to shoppers who may have these products, reports The Echo.
Food recalls are issued by the FSA and alerts are usually announced on social media to make shoppers aware of what has been pulled from shelves and why.
If you have purchased any of the items that have currently been affected by the product recalls then you can return them to store for a full refund, with or without a receipt.
Here is a full breakdown of products currently recalled:
Coca-Cola Zero Sugar multipacks with Christmas cardboard
- Pack size: Multipack of 24 x 330 ml cans
- Batch codes: 301WA1, 302WA1, 303WA1, 304WA1, 305WA5, 306WA5, 307WA5 and 308WA5
- Best-before dates: 31 October 2023 and 30 November 2023
If you have bought the above product and need to manage your sugar intake, please do not drink it. Instead, contact Coca-Cola on 0800 22 77 11 and they will arrange for you to receive a replacement product.
Packs of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar can be found in Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and Asda.
