Liam Payne and his girlfriend Kate Cassidy took inspiration from Hollywood as they channelled Pirates of the Caribbean and Barbie for a trip to Wimbledon.
The 29-year-old One Direction heartthrob and his 23-year-old American Instagram model girlfriend were among star attendees on day 10 of the annual tennis championship.
While it may not have been overly obvious due to a lack of large pirate hat and dishevelled uniform, Liam revealed he was channelling Johnny Depp’s captain Jack Sparrow as he arrived to watch the tennis.
He had a subtle nod to the character with a detail in his hair - while Kate was much more obviously appealing to Barbie fans with her own outfit choice.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Liam shared a back seat selfie as he and Kate rode in a car on their way to the sporting event.
Uploading a brief clip to Instagram, Liam wrote: "Wimbledon Barbie and cpt Jack," alongside a tennis ball emoji and a face licking lips emoji.
Both Liam and Kate flashed peace signs at the camera while Liam also ran a hand through his hair – showing off an eye-grabbing braid in his locks.
Kate pouted and smiled for the camera too, while shielding her eyes behind a very stylish pair of rectangular rimmed sunglasses.
The duo soon arrived at their destination and drew attention as they entered the grounds of the iconic tennis tournament.
Liam looked fresh and relaxed in a cream coloured short sleeved linen shirt, which he paired with a pair of similarly coloured trousers. He also wore a pair of tortoiseshell style sunglasses and sported some casual trainers.
Kate, meanwhile, was a vision in baby pink as she sported a sleeveless minidress and clutched a white designer handbag and matching coloured heels.
Liam and Kate have been dating since last year – going official last October when they shared snaps of themselves together via Instagram.
Kate, who hails from New Jersey, even transferred herself to London so she could be with Liam who is based in the UK where he is father to six-year-old son Bear – who Liam shares with 40-year-old ex-girlfriend Cheryl.
Liam and Kate will be able to see some of the top tennis players in the world as the Wimbledon contest enters the semi-final stages of the competition.
On Wednesday, fans saw American star Madison Keys take on Belarusian professional tennis player Aryna Siarhiejeŭna Sabalenka.
While Tunisian player Ons Jabeur also took on Kazakhstani professional player Elena Andreyevna Rybakina.
