Liam Gallagher reportedly wants to buy a country mansion in the Cotswolds with his earnings from the upcoming Oasis reunion tour.
Gallagher and his brother Noel are apparently set to make £3 million a piece for each of the 33 gigs of their ‘Live 25 tour this summer, which is almost £100 million each.
The Wonderwall rocker’s fiancée Debbie Gwyther is said to be encouraging him to invest the money in upmarket property that will rise in value in the trendy Cotswolds.
Many celebrities own homes in the area, including Ellen DeGeneres, Jeremy Clarkson, Kate Moss, Lily Allen, Damien Hirst, Hugh Grant, and Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen.
Gallagher, 52, wants a remote home with its own land, high fences, and CCTV in the fashionable area, sources told The Sun.
“They’re looking to buy an additional home as they love the Cotswolds area so much. Security is a priority for Liam so that will be something they look for in the property,” an insider said.

The source added: “Following the huge noise around the tour, he and Debbie feel they need more security for themselves and their family - and also for Buttons, their rescue dog.”
The Supersonic singer and his partner, who is also his manager, have reportedly asked high-end estate agents to find some suitable houses for them.
The Standard has contacted Gallagher’s representative for comment.
Gallagher and film producer Gwyther are currently renting a country mansion in the Cotswolds for £19,000 a month, according to MailOnline.
They moved into the 11-bedroom Gloucestershire home, which was formerly owned by a baron, six months ago.
The couple own a large townhouse in north London and a villa near Cannes on the French Riviera.

Liam and Noel, 57, sent fans into a frenzy last year when they announced the Oasis reunion world tour.
The siblings confirmed in August that they have put their differences aside and will take the stage together later this year.
The tour kicks off on July 4 at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, followed by five nights at Manchester’s Heaton Park and eight at Wembley Stadium in London.
The Don’t Look Back In Anger hitmakers are set to perform a number of gigs in the UK, Ireland, Australia, the US, and Mexico.
Last month, it was claimed Gallagher is planning to quit drinking and focus on his fitness to ensure the Live ‘25 tour goes off without a hitch.
