Liam Gallagher fans in Dublin issued queue warning ahead of Royal Hospital Kilmainham gig

Liam Gallagher fans in Dublin have been given a warning ahead of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham gig.

Those heading to the concert are being strongly advised not to queue early prior to tomorrow's event on tomorrow. A number of items are also set to be banned from the gig.

Concert bosses said: "If patrons do turn up they will be turned away at restricted area points around the venue. Queuing in streets around the venue will cause disruption to local residents and we appeal to patrons to heed this advice and respect the community living in the vicinity of the venue."

There will also be strict security checks performed before Liam Gallagher’s appearance. Backpacks and large handbags are strictly banned from the venue and there will be no storage facilities on the site.

Glass or cans, umbrellas, alcohol, folding chairs, garden furniture, selfie sticks and flares are also forbidden. Professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras and audio are also banned. Concert goers are not allowed to leave bags or items at the entrance or surrounding areas either.

This concert is strictly over 18s and strict age monitoring will be in place at all entrances. Organisers warned: "The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission without refund to anyone who fails to comply."

Doors

The gates will open at 6pm and the support act will begin at 6:30pm. The Charlatans will play at 7:20pm and Liam will perform at 8:40pm.

Transport

Liam Gallagher fans are urged to walk, bike, or use public transportation to the show. There will be no parking facilities at the venue and those travelling to the gig are being advised to allow an extra 1.5hrs travel time to/from the venue. Meanwhile Liam himself can’t wait to play for Dublin fans. He said: "I'm absolutely buzzing to announce that on 27th August 2022 I'll be playing Royal Hospital Kilmainham. It's gonna be biblical. C'mon You Know. LG x”

There are some standing tickets left for the show on Ticketmaster, priced from €69.50.
