Liam and Noel Gallagher reunite for the first time since Oasis tour announcement in Adidas shoot

Noel and Liam Gallagher have reunited for the first time since announcing their Oasis global tour, as they join forces with Adidas for an ‘Original Forever’ campaign.

Brothers Liam, 52, and Noel, 58, will reunite onstage for the first time in 15 years for their Live ‘25 world tour, which kicks off at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff in July.

The siblings famously feuded for years, with Oasis splitting in 2009 following a backstage row at the Rock en Seine festival in France, when Noel left the band.

Some Oasis fans recently raised concerns that the Live ‘25 tour might not go ahead if the pair were to fall out again.

But a new photograph from their collaboration with apparel giant Adidas appears to signal a return to brotherly harmony.

It was posted to Instagram by Adidas on Thursday with the caption, “The band with three stripes”, with Liam pictured in a beige shirt and Noel in blue.

Showcasing reimagined ‘90s styles for today, the Originals x Oasis Live ‘25 apparel collection pays homage to an era when Adidas tracksuits and trainers defined a distinctly British aesthetic closely associated with Oasis.

The collection includes Firebird tracksuits, raglan sleeve jerseys, bucket hats and coach jackets.

It is now available in stores, online, and at stadiums throughout the Oasis Live ‘25 tour.

Adidas' VP Brand Chris Walsh said: Adidas and Oasis share a story defined by originality and cultural impact, with roots that run deep and have long been entwined in the fabric of music and style.

“This official partnership represents more than just two icons coming together; it reignites a timeless piece of cultural music history.

“‘Original Forever’ continues to build on Adidas’ lasting legacy in music and celebrates the powerful role music and style play in shaping culture across generations.”

Prior to this campaign, the only recent photographs of Liam and Noel together had been for the promotional shoot to announce the tour.

In a statement announcing the tour, Oasis said: “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”
