LFC's Rebeca Tavares sends four word message as Reds suffer Premier League heartbreak

Rebeca Tavares issued an uplifting message as Liverpool FC suffered Premier League title heartbreak.

The Reds were pipped to the title by a single point after Manchester City came from behind to beat Aston Villa at the Etihad. Jurgen Klopp's side sealed three points after they defeated Wolverhampton Wanderers 3 - 1 at Anfield yesterday - and the manager vowed the team will bounce back next season.

He told Sky Sports: “If you want to win big, you have to be ready to lose big. That’s what we did today. You have to be ready for tight decisions and they go, sometimes, more often than not, against you. You cannot do more than give your absolute best and that’s what the boys did again.

“I could not be more proud of this group, it’s absolutely exceptional. With the amount of games we had to play, we chased probably the best team in the world, really to the wire, it’s absolutely special.

“But it’s all about reacting. And of course, we cannot now react in the league tomorrow, but next year we can and will.” Fabinho was forced to sit out Sunday's clash as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury.

The midfielder has been married to Rebeca Tavares since 2015 . The two have embraced life on Merseyside and Rebeca has become a vocal Liverpool FC supporter on social media. She took to her social media account as the Reds kicked off yesterday to share a message of support.

She said: "You’ll never walk alone." Followers rushed to the comments after the final whistle to praise the team for taking the Premier League title race to the final day.

Jon said: "What a ride though , just make sure Fab is good to go in Paris"

Teresa added: "Proud of you all and what the team achieved Next stop Paris YNWA"

Anie tweeted : "We are Liverpool, this means more ....we go again.... Paris"

Patrick posted: "YNWA...we are coming in harder next season"
