Aside from his career as a Formula One and motor-sporting legend, Lewis Hamilton might be best known to many for dating pop star Nicole Scherzinger.
Back in the early 2010s, Lewis and Nicole were the ultimate power couple – photographed at multiple events together and totally smitten with each other.
The couple were an item for a total of eight years between 2007 and 2015, before calling time on their romance – something that left their fans completely taken aback and shocked.
Nicole is best known for being the lead singer of girl group The Pussycat Dolls, before moving away from singing in order to on The X Factor between 2012 and 2017.
In 2014 engagement rumours swirled around the loved-up couple but when Lewis was asked by The Sun if the pair were engaged he said: "No, I'm not," and one year on the pair had split.
The world was completely rocked when their split became common knowledge, and the reasoning behind their break up is still a mystery to most.
Lewis previously hinted that the pair split up because of their busy lifestyles when he said: "It may be slightly different in that we are travelling as much as we are, and you are just away for crazy amounts of time.
"So that’s probably an additional weight that makes it really, really tough to hold down a good relationship, and if things aren't quite perfect."
He then added: "In general for athletes, having the right mindset and trying to find the right balance of how dedicated you are as opposed to resting back and enjoying your quality time, it’s different for everyone.”
Veronica Valle, a glamour model, claims to have had a brief romance with Lewis six months after his break-up from Nicole, and also alleged that he "became obsessed with the idea of threesomes" following the split from the Pussycat Dolls babe.

The glamour model also revealed at the time that Lewis told her that he and Nicole had split up "because she wanted to get married".
The MailOnline reported that she spoke to The Sun and said: "He wasn’t ready. I think she thought he was going to propose. He didn’t and she got mad."
As well as being linked to Nicole and Veronica, Lewis has been linked to a number of other stunning celebrities including the likes of Rita Ora and Rihanna.
In 2015 he opened up to E! Online about Rihanna, saying: "You know, I've known Ri for a long time. We've been friends for a while. We get to hang out every now and again."
And a year later in 2016 Rita Ora supported Lewis Hamilton at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
After they were first snapped together, The Sun later obtained photos of Rita and Lewis enjoying each other's company on holiday together in Montenegro – something that was a surefire way to ignite more rumours.
Rumours have previously swirled that Lewis dated model Danielle Lloyd back in 2002 when he was just a teenager.
In 2007 Danielle spoke of her link to the Formula One legend and said: “We were both out with friends, but there was a bit of a spark and we swapped numbers… He's a special person, but there's no more romance."
This comes as the 37-year-old is gearing up to include his mother's maiden name Larbalestier in his name.
Speaking of the sudden change he said: "I am really proud of my family's name. My mum's name is Larbalestier and I'm just about to put that in my name.
"I really want her name to continue on with the Hamilton name."
