Lewis Capaldi thrown pants with X-rated message on stage as crowd begs him to try them on

Lewis Capaldi has recently embarked on his sold-out UK tour and has been getting slightly more than he bargained for on stage.

The cheeky crooner performed in Sheffield on Monday night and was treated to a very large pair of briefs being thrown on stage by a fan in the crowd. Capaldi, 26, held up the large pair of boxers and read out the accompanying message: "Call for fun time big boy".

The Someone You Loved singer was then encouraged to try on the pants as the crowd chanted "Put them on" repeatedly.

After pulling the briefs on top of his all white outfit, Capaldi turned to the crowd and asked: "Are you f***ing happy now?"

He continued: "These are actually gonna come in handy because these are very white trousers right, and I've been known to shart every once in a while. So I could use these as a sort of rag or just a second pair right."

Captioning the hysterical video, Capaldi wrote: "Tour just keeps getting sexier x".

Fans loved the tour antics, and took to the comments. One said: "Lewis Capaldi is the most normal celebrity and i love him."

"Half the show is a comedy special and the other half leaves you in tears and in an emotionally vulnerable state," penned another. A third agreed: "Absolutely no hesitation in his mind before he put those on. #CapaldiForPM"

This comes after the Bruises singer branded a fan a "liar" after throwing a padded bra on stage. After performing in Leeds, the Scots singer shared a TikTok video where he was holding up the bra and just looking out into the audience.

And as the crowd chanted 'Put it on, put it on'. Lewis replied: "This is padded, someone out there is a f*****g liar!" After a bit of a struggle he managed to get the garment on and the crowd cheered, he said: "Thank you, when I imagined the opening night of my sell out arena tour, this is what I was thinking."

Capaldi is currently embarking on his sold-out UK tour, and is due to perform in Glasgow next week. The West Lothian born singer announced last week that he would be performing at a huge new outdoor show in Edinburgh later this year.

The star will be heading to the capital for a show at the iconic Royal Highland Showgrounds on Friday, September 1. Fans will be able to get tickets through general sale from 9am on Friday, January 20 via Gigs in Scotland and Ticketmaster.
