One excited Lewis Capaldi fan has quite possibly taken the best Bereal of all time, after the Scottish musician posed for a photo on stage with his band.
Bereal is a French social media application, requesting users to take a photo with the front and back camera at a random point of the day - showing off their 'real lives' instead of the one you publish on other applications. It gained popularity throughout the midway point of 2022, and many celebrities have been captured with fans on Bereal.
However, one Lewis Capaldi fan got the best day of their life when the Scottish singer-songwriter picked up her phone to take a selfie, only to find it set on the Bereal app. In a viral TikTok posted by user @LadBible, the musician was filmed taking a selfie on the fans phone.

Lewis said at the beginning of the video: "Oh it's a, oh yes! Right this is Kerry's phone, it's a Bereal, it's a Bereal." The fans cheers excitedly as they realise that Lewis will be posing for a selfie on the lucky fans phone.
The singer ran up the stage and called his band over to join in on the photo, saying: "Right, okay, I want you all to cheer, one, two three!" Lewis and close friend and bandmate Aidan Halliday smiled as the photo was taken, while the crowd was the back camera view for the photo.
He then runs down the stage centre and jokes: "There you go Kerry, Kerry Katona! I'll send that back to you through the powers that be."
Lewis also hilariously added: "It's a good Bereal that! Not to say though, I got the notification a long time ago, so not very real, not very real of Kerry to do that." The crowd laughed at his obvious Bereal joke, as he went on to continue his set at the festival.
The video has now been viewed over 5.2 million times on TikTok, and has garnered over one million likes and 2176 comments. One TikTok user said: "I wanna see the bereal ngl."
Another wrote: "NOT HIM CALLING THE FAN OUT FOR BEING LATE!"
And a third said: "Imagine it’s one of those ones that doesn’t upload then says u gotta upload a late one lol."
While others commented: "i need lewis capaldi on bereal."
A fifth added: "the only person I’d trust with my phone."
More comments read: "this guy thought he was gonna be a one hit wonder but tbh he won us with his heart."
And finally, one concluded: "Looked like he was running after the ice cream van!"
