Lewis Capaldi's fans helped to take over the reigns during his performance of Someone You Loved in Frankfurt after the singer experienced a Tourette’s flare-up on stage.
The heart-warming moment showed the crowd continuing to sing all the lyrics to the musician’s flagship track whilst he turned away from the microphone as he dealt with the symptoms.
The 26-year-old Scottish singer previously opened up about having the neurological condition - which, as per NHS England, can cause a person to make involuntary sounds and movements called tics .
In the clip, which quickly went viral on TikTok and Instagram, fans were seen singing the song for the star and continued to do so until the end.
Eventually, Lewis was able to carry on performing and appeared to signal a thumbs up to a stage hand to indicate that he was okay and happy to continue with the performance.
It comes after the singer was diagnosed with the condition last year, and shared how he has been learning to live with the tics.
The star said his decision to make his diagnosis public knowledge was due to the fact he doesn't want his fans thinking he is "taking cocaine or something", as he opened up about discovering he has the condition.
Lewis explained how he was relieved to find out he had the condition because he originally feared he might be suffering a degenerative disease, and says he can see signs he had Tourette's when looking back at old interviews.
The Hold Me While You Wait singer has been treated with Botox injections to freeze muscles to try to control the tics characteristic of Tourette’s, and reassures fans his shoulder twitches are " not as bad as it looks".
"I have been diagnosed with Tourette’s," Lewis said in an interview with The Sun .
"I wanted to speak about it because I didn’t want people to think I was taking cocaine or something.
"My shoulder twitches when I am excited, happy, nervous or stressed. It is something I am living with.
"It is not as bad as it looks."
