Lewis Capaldi fan throws bra on stage as crowd left in stitches at his reaction

West Lothian star Lewis Capaldi kicked off his world tour at the weekend and was given a cheeky gift by a fan.

Set to release his second album on May 18, the Pointless singer took to the stage in Leeds when an audience member threw a bra on stage. Lewis looks startled as he picked up the garment, showing it off to the crowd while the fans called for him to put it on.

Lewis is known for not taking himself too seriously, and as the crowd cheered for him to wear the bar, Lewis replied: "This is padded, someone out there is a f*****g liar!"

After a bit of struggle, he proudly wore it and the crowd cheered. As the Daily Record write, Lewis replied: "Thank you, when I imagined the opening night of my sell out arena tour, this is what I was thinking."

He captioned the video: "First night of tour was sexy x." His fans quickly flocked to the comments. One wrote: "The way he put it on."

While one said: "I love how your performance is 80 per cent music 20 per cent comedic genius."

Another commented: "This is so funny."

This comes after Lewis announced that he would be performing at a huge new outdoor show in Edinburgh later this year.

The Scottish singer will be heading to the capital city for a show at the iconic Royal Highland Showgrounds on Friday, September 1.

Fans will be able to get tickets though general sale from 9am on Friday, January 20 via Gigs in Scotland and Ticketmaster.
