Lewis Capaldi has said that last night's Glasgow gig was one of the best nights of his life as he thanked everyone for coming to his sold out show.
Taking to the stage of Glasgow's OVO Hydro on Tuesday (January 24), the 'Pointless' singer said that he was glad to be back home before performing some of his greatest hits including 'Hold Me While You Wait'.
He also teased the audience with some of his new songs from his second studio album, Broke By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent, which is due to be released in May of this year.

After the gig, the West Lothian star began re-posting videos people had taken from their seats captioning one of the photos on his Instagram story as: "One of the best nights of my life. Thanks so f****** much Glasgow."
He captioned another one: "16,000 of us in here last night. What a buzz" , "Can't believe this is my life. F****** unreal" followed by "Love ya Glasgow."
Lewis Capaldi has thanked his fans time and time again all over social media for buying and downloading his new music and for turning up to his gig during the cost of living crisis where money is tight stating he appreciates it.
The singer, 26, who is known for not only his incredible vocals but also his banter and often inappropriate, jokes. Addressing the crowd last night, according to a Glasgow Live reporter to attended the concert, Lewis said: "It's good to be back home, it's good to be back in Glasgow. This is where I live.
"Many a time, I'll be out, I'll be walking the streets of Glasgow and someone will come up and go 'can I get a picture', and they'll go, 'wit you doing in Glasgow, man', and I'll go, 'I live here you f*****g idiot, wit else".
