"And pray to God you never met me, than forget me."
Earlier in the week, Lewis broke his social media silence with a cryptic post hinting at new music.
The crooner was focusing on his highly anticipated second album when he came off social media in January 2021. He wrote at the time that he'd enjoyed "the most incredible few years" and it meant "the world to have the support" of his fans.
