They don’t call him Playoff Lenny for nothing, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette came through once again for his team.
In his first game in over a month, Fournette scored not one but two touchdowns in his team’s divisional playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams. Including the game-tying touchdown with 42 seconds left in the fourth quarter.
It’s the seventh straight playoff game Fournette has scored a touchdown in, bringing him into a tie for the third-longest streak in NFL postseason history. Odds on Fournette scoring were -120 on Tipico Sportsbook.

Fournette’s streak began in his first postseason appearance in 2018 when he was still a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, as he scored in all three of their playoff games that year. It continued in Tampa’s four-game Super Bowl run last postseason. Now, he’s just two games behind Thurman Thomas for the all-time record and one game behind Emmitt Smith for second.

Prior to his activation Saturday, Fournette had been on injured reserve with a hamstring injury he suffered in Week 15. There was hope he could return for the team’s Wild Card game against the Philadelphia Eagles, but he was ultimately held out until Sunday’s game.
He’ll just have to wait til next season to add to his total. Despite a furious Tampa comeback, the Rams defeated the Bucs, 30-27.
