Leigh Wood has defeated Michael Conlan in what can only be described as one of the most dramatic fights of all-time, ending in an incredibly horrific fashion.
Wood knocked Conlan out in the last round, with the Irishman falling out of the ring and being taken to hospital in a stretcher.
It was a truly, truly sad end to a fight which was nothing short of incredible.
Conlan was dominant throughout, and caught Wood in the first-round and kept landing - having Wood hurt throughout.
The Nottingham fighter started to get his legs back in the middle rounds, and landed a few shots of his own - but the Irishman constantly had the answer. He had Wood hurt bad in the 11th round, but Wood came back once again.

Wood threw hayemakers, and started to land himself.
Conlan went down in the 11th, and in the 12th Wood landed the shot that saw Conlan knocked him out with a right hook - as he fell through the ropes.
Conlan would have been up on the judges score cards, but Wood landed the shot that he'd been looking for - successfully defending his WBA Interim World title.
