Wales rugby player Leigh Halfpenny is engaged to be married after proposing to girlfriend Jess Tumelty in the south of France.
The full-back popped the question on a beach in Bandol, with his two young daughters present to witness the special moment.
The couple have been together for nearly nine years and welcomed their second daughter, Nora, last September. Their oldest daughter, Lily, is three. They lived together in France during Halfpenny's three-year stint in Toulon, with their relationship first hitting the headlines back in 2015 when they were pictured kissing following Wales' Six Nations victory over France.
Halfpenny, who hasn't played rugby for nearly a year after suffering a serious knee injury in a Wales game, posted on Instagram: "Knee rehab going well! The best feeling when @jesstum said yes and having our two girls with us."
Partner Jess posted: "Bandol is where we spent the first 3 years of our relationship. This meant everything to be back nearly 9 years on with our two beautiful girls. I love you so much @leighhalfpenny YES YES YES."
Halfpenny has been hard at work trying to recover fitness after the horror moment in the opening minutes of his 100th Test cap against Canada last summer. In addition to his rehab, he has been working with Wales U20s in a coaching capacity.
Despite some concerns the seriousness of the injury could threaten his future international career at the age of 33, he is determined to get back and win at least four more caps to reach his century for the national team.
