Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Lottie Moss, and Sam Fender lead glamour on NME Awards red carpet

The NME Awards 2022 are in full swing as some of the biggest names in music have arrived on the red carpet.

Known as one of 'the wildest nights in music,' the prestigious awards ceremony returns to London's O2 Academy Brixton with a host of appearances from all across the music world.

Joining the talent in the room tonight, former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher will be honoured with Music Moment Of The Year for his stellar gig at London’s O2 in August 2021 – where he and Primal Scream welcomed the return of live music and thanked NHS staff for their hard work through the pandemic by performing a free show for healthcare workers.

The evening is being co-hosted by comedian and actress Daisy May Cooper and radio host Lady Leshurr, alongside huge live performances from Sam Fender, Griff, Rina Sawayama as well as Chvrches and special guest Robert Smith of The Cure.

Before the mayhem and madness kicks off inside the O2 Academy Brixton, the stars have hit the red carpet - and the glamour is already immense.

Model Lottie Moss also demanded attention when she arrived on the red carpet in a sexy ensemble.

The blonde bombshell looked flawless in an all-leather look which did wonders to compliment her famous figure.

The 24-year-old posed up a storm as she sported a dramatic eye-makeup look which featured an extravagant cat-eye and plenty of blush.

The NME Awards is Lottie's first public appearance since her recent rehab stint in the US.

Last month, Lottie confirmed she was in rehab for substance abuse issues, and had been sharing plenty of content on social media as she passed the time at the treatment centre.

She recently posted a video on TikTok, and told her followers exactly why she was getting help.

As she looked into the camera, the words on screen read: “When people ask why I'm in rehab.”

Lottie, who is the half-sister of supermodel Kate Moss, then lip-synced the sentence: “I have a really bad addiction to coke.”

The stunning star appeared to be in high spirits at the event tonight as she smiled and laughed with some of the biggest stars in the music industry.

First on the scene was Geordie superstar Sam Fender who looked super suave and edgy in a an all black ensemble.

The 27-year-old Seventeen Going Under hitmaker oozed confidence on the red carpet as he posed for the cameras in his signature Doc Martin boots and an eye-catching leopard print bomber jacket.

Fresh from his stellar win at the BRIT Awards, Sam will be hoping to add to his collection of awards.

The singer-songwriter is nominated in six categories including Best Album by a UK Artist and Best Album in the World for Seventeen Going Under.

The handsome Geordie is also set to perform at tonight's event.

Ever the fashionista, Leigh-Anne wore her brunette locks in two bubble pigtails which tied the edgy look together.

The Your Song singer, 35, wore a white tuxedo which featured a glitter lapel.

Ellie wore her blonde locks in an up-do as she let her glamorous makeup take centre stage.

Irish actress and comedian Aisling Bea also looked stunning on the red carpet.

Global music artist FKA Twigs pulled out all the stops for the annual ceremony in London.

The talented singer has been announced as the recipient of the coveted Godlike Genius award at the BandLab NME Awards.

And before the ceremony kicked off, the 34-year-old posed up a storm on the red carpet.

She left little to the imagination as she donned as see-through cut-out navy dress which did wonders to accentuate her amazing figure.

Capital Radio DJ Roman Kemp also made an appearance at the music event as he stormed the red carpet in an edgy Slipknot t-shirt and black jeans.

Roman, 29, was joined on the red carpet by Boy George who donned one of his signature hats and a pair of monochrome printed pants.

The stunning star stole the show as she confidently posed in the striking number for the cameras before heading into the main ceremony.

Griff will be honoured with this year’s Radar Award – which recognises emerging acts who are destined to become legends for the next generation of musician.

As one of the UK’s youngest and brightest pop stars, Griff was aged just 11 when she taught herself to record and produce her own songs.
