Legendary Edinburgh food truck in park to close for final time after 21 years

A legendary food truck that has called Leith Links home for the last 21 years is sadly closing for the final time this weekend after years of serving the locals hearty food and cheery smiles.

Mike English Food and Snacks are hosting a celebratory BBQ on Sunday, August 6 at the Links to say thank you to all their customers over the last decades as owner Mike is retiring and selling the van.

The dad has been described as an "absolute gentleman" and "one of Leith's legends" even receiving an award from the local primary school for his service to the community.
