Raheem Sterling's Manchester City career is nearly over as he edges closer to officially completing his move to Chelsea.
As the Manchester Evening News previously reported, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly opted to negotiate privately with City so as not to haggle publicly. After around 10 days of negotiations, the Blues have accepted an offer of £47.5m.

Sterling has enjoyed seven years in Manchester, becoming an integral part of Pep Guardiola's success. However, after his playing time decreased last season and some stellar recruits were brought in this summer, the England winger was convinced by Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel to move to London.
