Jurgen Klopp will be eager for his side to close the gap on Tottenham and Aston Villa as they look to secure European football in what has been a very underwhelming season at Anfield. Liverpool travel to Yorkshire to face a Leeds United side who sit just two points above the relegation zone but have picked up more points than the Reds in their last five matches.
The hosts go into this match at 4/1 with Betfred while the Reds are the favourites at 4/6 to cut the gap on fifth-place to six points and a draw is 10/3. Leeds are looking for only their second ever league double in the Premier League era and their first since 2000/01 back when David O'Leary was the manager.
It is certainly a wake-up call from Liverpool who have failed to pick up a win in their last four league games but will be reassured from their last performance which saw them comeback from a two-goal deficit against league leaders Arsenal at Anfield last weekend. Meanwhile, results at the weekend have gone in favour of Leeds with Everton, Nottingham Forest, Leicester City and Southampton all losing at the weekend.
