Leeds United under-21s host their Nottingham Forest counterparts at Elland Road on Monday in their Premier League 2 Division 2 play-off final. The Whites' academy side came from behind to beat Aston Villa at the semi-final stage courtesy of goals from Mateo Joseph and Sonny Perkins, with Forest confidently dispatching West Brom.
Leeds finished second in the table, level on points with Southampton but missing out on automatic promotion on goal difference. United and Forest traded victories in the league, while the visitors recovered from a slow start to the campaign to finish the season strongly.

Where is the game being played?
Leeds will be able to call upon home advantage for the play-off final, with Elland Road once again the venue. Kick-off is at 7pm.

Tickets for the contest are priced at £6 for adults, and £3 for concessions and are available through the club's website. The game will not be available to watch live on LUTV due to broadcast restrictions. Highlights will however be available on the club's YouTube channel shortly after the game
