Leeds United U18s have booked their place in the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup, beating AFC Wimbledon 3-1.
Scott Gardner’s side came from behind to progress to the next round thanks to goals from Connor Ferguson, Ben Andreucci and Luca Thomas. It was a hard-fought victory in west London as the Whites' youngsters showed their resilience having made a shaky start to the match.
Morgan Williams gave Wimbledon the lead, as he turned home from close range for the hosts in the 22nd minute. Yet just six minutes later, Leeds had found an equaliser.

A week after signing a professional deal with the club, Ferguson showed that the future looks bright for him at Elland Road as the left-back brought Leeds level heading into half-time.
A cagey second-half saw the scores remain at 1-1, with extra time - and potentially penalties - being needed to separate the two sides.
But Gardner’s squad had no intention of allowing spot-kicks to decide their fate as Andreucci - U18s top scorer this season - added to his tally with a well-struck right-footed effort from within the box in the first minute of extra-time.
And just a minute later, Thomas made it 3-1 as he calmly slotted the ball into an empty net after skipping past Dons goalkeeper Harry Griffiths to secure victory for Leeds.
The result sets up a quick turnaround for their fifth round clash with the young Whites visiting Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium next week on Wednesday February 8.
