Here are the latest Leeds United transfer rumours on Monday, 5 December.
Drameh race
Clubs from the Premier League, Championship and across Europe are in the race to sign Leeds United defender Cody Drameh ahead of the January transfer window. That is according to journalist Graeme Bailey, who claims Newcastle United, West Ham, Crystal Palace, Middlesbrough, Norwich City, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig and clubs from France and Italy are keen.
He also says that with Drameh's deal at Elland Road set to come to an end in 2024, a new contract appears to be off the table meaning a January exit is likely. Drameh had decided to stay at Leeds in the summer to fight for a place in the first team but has been handed just two starts across all competitions this season.
Cunha linked
Leeds United are reportedly in the race to sign Atletico Madrid forward Matheus Cunha, according to journalist Matteo Moretto. He claims that the Whites and Everton are currently behind Wolverhampton Wanderers and Aston Villa, with the former pushing hard for his signature.
Leeds were previously interested in Cunha back in the summer of 2021 before the Brazilian made the move to Atletico, where he is already set to be allowed to leave. It appears as though Leeds will be in the market for a new striker in January as Patrick Bamford continues to struggle with injuries.
