Here are the latest Leeds United transfer rumours on Friday, June 10.
Leeds-linked full-back set for Liverpool medical
The signing of Rasmus Kristensen will have put an end to any speculation linking Leeds with moves for any other right-backs. Although, for a long time it looked as though Calvin Ramsay might have been the one coming to Elland Road before a move for the Denmark international was agreed.
That being said, there was always competition for the Aberdeen defender’s signature and Liverpool remained hopeful of signing him throughout. Football Insider have claimed that the Reds are now closing in on confirmation of that move as his medical at the club was booked for the end of this week.

A fee of £4m plus add-ons has been reported despite earlier claims that the Scottish side wanted closer to £10m for their prized asset.
Redknapp backs Leeds move for Bale
There is plenty of speculation around where Gareth Bale will be playing his football next season after his contract at Real Madrid was not renewed. There was talk of a potential retirement but that will have to be put on hold, at least for a few months, after Wales booked their place at the Qatar World Cup which starts November.
His former manager, Harry Redknapp, has claimed that Leeds should be one of the sides getting in touch with his agent regarding a potential move. He told talkSPORT : “I would take a gamble with him if I was in the Premier League. I think when he went to Tottenham, he didn’t really get the chance to play. He didn’t get a run. It seemed as though it wasn’t Jose [Mourinho]’s choice [to sign him].
“If I was an Everton or Leeds. Good clubs that take gambles, I would take a little gamble on him. The wages are a problem. But if he wants to play, then he’s not going to get £600k-a-week anymore.
“Them days are finished. He has had that. He doesn’t need it. I still think he can do it at the top level for another year.”
Robinson identifies next priority position for Leeds
With Kristensen and Brenden Aaronson already through the door at Leeds, attention will have soon turned to the next target. Links to centre midfielders and strikers highlight that those positions might be deemed to be the next priority at Elland Road.
Although, Paul Robinson believes the goalkeeping department is the next area of the squad that should be strengthened. He told MOT Leeds News : “I think it’s vital they get a new number two goalkeeper as well. We saw Meslier this season and if he’s injured or suspended for whatever reason, that department isn’t strong enough and doesn’t have much experience.
“They need a number two. All top Premier League clubs carry good number twos so the areas Leeds need to be looking at is the striker and goalkeeper.”
