Here are the Leeds United morning transfer rumours on Monday, November 14.
Ligue 2 side desperate to sell Leeds United summer transfer target
Ligue 2 club Bordeaux are reportedly looking to sell striker Alberth Elis, a player Leeds United were linked with in the summer transfer window.
According to French outlet L'Equipe, the side are looking to refresh their squad and renew a lot of contracts on key players ahead of their potential return to Ligue 1.
The French paper says 'the club aims to recruit a corridor striker to compensate for a possible departure of Alberth Elis' and if Leeds United are still interested, now is the time.
Elis is a Honduras international with 12 goals in his 53 senior caps and has 10 goals over the past two seasons with Bordeaux.
Premier League rivals now in 'pole position' to secure Gakpo signature
It appears as though Liverpool are now in prime position to secure PSV star winger Cody Gakpo after a reported bid of £43.7 million from Leeds United was rejected.
According to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, Gakpo will look to 'leave the Eredivisie in June' after the season has finished with the 23-year-old currently on nine goals and 12 assists so far this campaign.
The Whites were desperate for the Dutchman's signature in the summer transfer window but were unable to close the deal with Gakpo choosing to remain at PSV.
