Here are the latest Leeds United transfer rumours on Saturday, 27 August.
Blackpool eye Poveda
Blackpool are keen on a loan deal for Leeds United winger Ian Poveda, according to the Athletic. Leeds are said to be willing to let Poveda leave before the end of the window with the winger having played no part in any of the opening four matches.
The 22-year-old will be looking to secure some regular game time for the upcoming campaign after suffering a fractured ankle on loan at Blackburn Rovers last season. That injury restricted him to just 10 appearances at Ewood Park and given the stage of his career he is entering, minutes are vital to his development.
Brereton Diaz race
Celta Vigo have reportedly joined the race for Blackburn Rovers striker Ben Brereton Diaz. That is according to journalist Pete O’Rourke, who claims the Spanish side have made an offer for the Chile international.

Leeds United have been linked with a move for Brereton Diaz this summer, though are yet to make a formal approach. Everton are also keen on securing his services, but the signing of Neil Maupay could put a stop to that.
Lage on Hwang
Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Bruno Lage has admitted there is a possibility Hwang Hee-chan could leave before the window closes. Leeds United are reportedly keen on a deal for the South Korea international who has worked under Jesse Marsch twice before.
Wolvers are looking to bolster their options in attack before next week’s deadline and that could leave the door open for Hwang to leave. Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Lage believes there will be some outgoings in the coming days.
He said: "Anything can happen. We'll decide what is best for the club and players. I think so (they'll be outgoings and incomings)."
