Adam Forshaw 'expected' to leave Leeds in the summer
Adam Forshaw is expected to leave Leeds United this summer and become a free agent.

That is according to Football Insider, who claim that Leeds are not planning to offer him a new deal, with his current contract expiring at the end of the season.
The 31-year-old has been plagued by injuries during his five-and-a-half year stay at Elland Road. Forshaw missed 18 months with a hip injury between September 2019 and April 2021, and he has been unable to shake off his injury problems this season.
Forshaw returned to the bench for Leeds' 5-1 defeat against Crystal Palace last weekend. He has starred just six times for the Whites across all competitions, and has spent the past three months on the sidelines with another hip problem.
The reports adds that the uncertainty surrounding his fitness has served as major factor behind Leeds' decision not to extend his contract.
Leeds United's Charlie Cresswell U-turn
Leeds have changed their stance on Charlie Cresswell's future after being open to selling the defender on a permanent transfer in January.
Cresswell had been linked with Sunderland and Middlesbrough during the winter, and almost joined Coventry City later in the window.
The England under-21 international is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after suffering a fractured eye socket earlier this month. He will be targeting a return if Millwall can secure a place in the Championship play-offs.
Cresswell has experienced ups and downs at the Den, but he has ultimately evolved into a crucial player in Gary Rowett's side. The 20-year-old has racked up 30 appearances across all competitions, and has notched five goals in the process. And agent Hayden Evans told Phil Hay's Athletic podcast that Marsch's sacking in February has offered Cresswell a potential lifeline at Elland Road.
“At that time, there were no real objections from Leeds if the right price was found. That may have changed, though. New manager want everyone in pre-season," he said.
“So they can make their own assessments and Charlie’s form – he’s doing what we know he is capable of. It is interesting, we will see. He’s under contract, he’s got another year at Leeds. The interest is there."
