Leeds United supporters have heaped praise on their former assistant manager Carlos Corberan with Huddersfield Town closing in on their place in the Championship play-offs. The Terriers are ten points clear of Blackburn Rovers and Middlesbrough after their win over the latter earlier today.
Corberan took over at Town the year that Leeds United won promotion to the Premier League, a big blow for Marcelo Bielsa. The former Leeds U23's and assistant first-team coach has shown his pedigree guiding the Terriers to what looks like a nailed on play-off finish.
The 39-year-old took over at Huddersfield with the club having finished 18th in the Championship the year prior. Leeds United supporters have asked how well they would have fared in the Premier League had he stayed at the club and worked alongside Bielsa.

Leeds fans were also full of praise for Lewis O'Brien who was a target in the most recent summer transfer window.
