Leeds United supporters have claimed that former Watford manager Javi Gracia is 'worth a punt' in order to save them from the looming threat of relegation.
The Spaniard has been linked as a 'serious candidate' to the vacancy at the Whites after the sacking of Jesse Marsch two weeks ago following a poor run of form that has seen Leeds winless since November.
Despite interim boss Michael Skubala's best efforts, the loss to Everton over the weekend has sunk Leeds into the bottom three for the first time this season and fans are calling for a permanent appointment to the dugout.

Fortunately for them, reports surfaced today that Gracia is 'in talks' with the club to take over from Skubala, and would bring a wealth of experience and knowledge with him to try and keep the Whites up.
Whites fans began their discussions on Gracia as soon as the news dropped, with many highlighting Gracia's Premier League experience as a key reason why he should get the job.
One fan wrote: "I have just read an article about Javi Gracia by a Watford fan describing him as classy and playing entertaining football. Took Watford to 11th and to an fa cup final. I wouldn't mind if he did that for us this season! He has a lot of experience. He could be good for the short term. Has prem experience. Worth a punt."

One more was less positive about the rumours, writing: "Doomed, we are all doomed. Why don't we all just flood Elland Road with applications as we surely can't be any worse than the clowns in charge already. Is there no end to this soap opera and a poorly written one at that?"
Another Leeds fan, though, believes Gracia would be a good start to staying in the Premier League, saying: "Didn’t do bad at Watford, during the spell they sacked mangers for losing one game. He got beat by the big teams but got some good results that we need #LUFC."
One more wrote: "We’re finally linked to a manager and it’s actually a good option."
