Both winger Luis Sinisterra and defender Pascal Struijk have had to be substituted off early in Leeds United's clash against Manchester United this evening.
Sinisterra, who recently came back from injury, appeared to have suffered a hamstring issue after challenging for the ball and was replaced by Crysencio Summerville after just eight minutes.
Struijk, on the other hand, was forced off only 15 minutes later after blocking a Marcus Rashford shot with his head which saw him stay down and receive treatment for a potential concussion, and was then replaced by Junior Firpo at left-back.

The two incidents could be a big issue for the trio of Chris Armas, Michael Skubala and Paco Gallardo as they try and steer the Leeds ship away from the relegation zone following Jesse Marsch's departure earlier this week.
They could go on top of the already-long list of injuries at Elland Road with Stuart Dallas, Archie Gray, Adam Forshaw and Rodrigo all missing from tonight's clash.
