Joe Gelhardt has shared his admiration for Liverpool striker Diogo Jota - highlighting one of his most enviable skills.
The Leeds United forward was released by both Liverpool and Everton as a youngster before making an impact with Wigan Athletic that led to his big move to Elland Road.
And the Scouser, who is nicknamed 'Joffy', has explained how teammate Patrick Bamford showed him a video clip of Portuguese international Jota scorer a header that could help him get into the right positions himself.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Gelhardt said: “He also showed me clips from other strikers in the Prem. I remember he showed me a goal from Diogo Jota, a header inside the box. He scores so many headers, it’s ridiculous. Pat just told me, ‘If you stay between the sticks, you’re going to score goals.'”
In 122 Premier League appearances Jota has found the net 40 times, seven of which were headers. Since joining the Reds for £41million in September 2020, the 25-year-old has 24 Premier League goals in 55 appearances, but has only played 10 minutes in the English top flight this season thanks to injury problems.
Jota asked to be withdrawn from Portugal's midweek international match against Spain this week after complaining about fatigue, but Liverpool supporters will be hoping that the precautionary measure will not rule him out of Saturday's home game against Brighton & Hove Albion at Anfield.
In his press conference today, Jurgen Klopp said: "Diaz and Jota? Yes, they came back from the international duty and it's how it always is [after] a long flight, I didn't see them yet, I have heard they are good."
Gelhardt has made five Premier League appearances so far this season, but is yet to find the net.
