Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams has issued a stark warning message to his USMNT teammates, ahead of their clash with Wales later today. Set to begin their campaign against Wales in Group B, Adams has praised one member of Rob Page's squad, in particular, outlining Kieffer Moore as a large threat.
Moore found the net four times in 15 appearances for the Cherries before the pause for the winter tournament, with this no more evident to Adams as Bournemouth played out a thoroughly entertaining 7-goal thriller with the Whites earlier this month.
“He’s a big threat, we figured that out playing against Bournemouth,” said Adams, who will captain the US at the World Cup. “He provides a completely different game plan to any team that you put him into.

“He’s amazing in the air, but he’s probably very underrated for his technical ability and finishing around the goal. For our centre-backs I’ve already had a word with them. We talked about it in our scouting meeting, you’ve got to have a body on him at all times. He’s a problem.
Give the US's technical ability with the likes of Weston McKennie, Christian Pulisic and Gio Reyna to name a few, the 23-year-old also added just which side of Moore's game his nation may struggle with. “Being physical and trying to win the ball off him, it’ll be a tough one, but we have to stop him.”
