Luis Sinisterra's Leeds United career may only be five games old but the Colombian has quickly drawn the attention of reigning Serie A champions AC Milan. The rumour is little more than tabloid discussion at the moment and serves more as a compliment to his exploits for club and country rather than a threat towards his future at Elland Road.
Italian journalist Carlo Pellegatti says AC Milan head scout Geoffrey Moncada has been watching Sinisterra and added that AC Milan could afford the winger. Talking on his YouTube channel Pellegatti said via Team Talk: "Moncada followed him, Milan likes him. He has a market value of 25-35 million, therefore in the range of the club."
Sinisterra has scored in back-to-back matches for Leeds and added to his blossoming reputation with three goals for Colombia during the latest international break.
Colombia, once a country lauded for producing the likes of Juan Cuadrado, James Rodriguez and Radamel Falcao, has proven less productive of late. However, Sinisterra, along with Liverpool winger Luis Diaz, offer optimism for the present, and future of Colombian football.

His name will undoubtedly feature in transfer gossip columns if he continues in such a rich vein of form, but Leeds can use Raphinha as a shining example on how to deal with interest.
The Whites enjoyed two years of Raphinha's magic before offloading him to FC Barcelona for a handsome fee of £49 million, which could rise to £55 million with add-ons. While Leeds watched Raphinha's price tag skyrocket during his time in West Yorkshire, they must allow Sinisterra to do the same at Elland Road.
Leeds will be even less likely to want to negotiate with AC Milan after the transfer saga involving Charles de Ketelaere in the summer. Sinisterra was ultimately signed as a direct replacement for Raphinha, although there were initial doubts, after he failed to prove his form and fitness in pre-season.
A hamstring injury forced him to hobble off in a pre-season draw against Crystal Palace and ruled him out of the opening day win over Wolves. Jesse Marsch has carefully blooded him into the side and three goals in his last three starts in all competitions for Leeds suggests he can carry the weight of expectation on his shoulders.
After making a strong early impression, Sinisterra is refusing to rest on his laurels, as he looks to build on his auspicious start in England.
"I always try to stand out at my club to come the national team and I have had a good performance and that's why I'm here," Sinisterra told Semana.
He concluded: "I'm hungry to continue contributing to the Colombian national team."
