Leeds United will finish the 2021/22 season with their worst ever home record in club history after they drew 1-1 with Brighton & Hove Albion. The Whites picked up an all-important point at Elland Road against Brighton at the weekend when Pascal Struijk headed home Joe Gelhardt's 92nd-minute cross in their fight for Premier League survival.
They now head into the final game of the season against Brentford knowing that they will need to pick up a positive result, whilst also hoping that some results go their way.
Burnley face Aston Villa in midweek action which is their game in hand over the Whites. If they fail to beat Villa, then they will head into the final day of the season below Leeds in the Premier League table.

But while the point against Brighton was potentially a season saver, it also meant that Leeds finished their 2021/22 home campaign with their worst record in club history.
The Twitter account @LUFCDATA notes that the Whites have only won four games at home this season, which is the lowest in Leeds United's 102-year history.
In the disastrous 2003/04 campaign, which saw Leeds relegated to the Championship, they claimed five wins, while the 1981/82 relegation season brought about just six Elland Road victories, the two lowest totals before this year's testing campaign.
Last season, Leeds picked up eight wins at Elland Road, drawing five games which accounted for 29 points. However, this season they have won just four and drawn six, amassing just 18 points at home.
