Leeds United midfielder Tyler Adams believes Jesse Marsch's caring nature for his players will only help the Whites improve both on and off the pitch.
Adams previously worked under Marsch during their time together at RB Leipzig, with the pair being reunited at Leeds this summer.
So far this season under Marsch, Leeds have enjoyed a strong start to their campaign, winning two of their opening three Premier League fixtures.
They would have maximum points too had they not squandered a 2-0 lead against Southampton which saw them draw 2-2 with the Saints at St Mary's.

One of the primary reasons for their strong start has been new signing Adams, who has produced some impressive performances already for Leeds.
And the American international believes Leeds will only get better under Marsch, who he was excited to reunite with following their time in Germany together.
“I’m super excited to work under him [Marsch] again," Adams told The Official Leeds United Podcast.
"First and foremost, he’s a genuine person. Put football aside, he cares about what’s going on in your life, what problems you have, what positives you have and how he can make sure you’re alright on a personal level because he knows the directly translates to on the field.
"When you come in, the first thing he’ll say is not ‘Lets go have a video session’ or ‘Last night you should have done this’. It’s more like ‘How’s the family? How’s the wife? How are your kids doing?’ As a player, people forget sometimes that we have regular lives too or that we want to have regular lives as well so when you have a coach and manager that cares about that, you go out on the field and you’re going to battle for him.
"You’re going to fight for him and make sure that everything on the field is taken care of. It’s really exciting to work under him again because I know he gets the best out of me as a person to help me grow and mature but also as a player."
