Arguments flare up
Leeds United had made a barnstorming start to the game, but quickly came under sustained pressure from Bournemouth. Time after time, the visitors seemed to cut through down the flanks and create chances with ease.
In the 29th minute, after Kieffer Moore found himself unmarked with the ball at his feet in the six-yard box, Tyler Adams and Pascal Struijk would have words. The former was looking at the latter, who had allowed service to come in from his side on more than one occasion.

Marsch has no answers
When Bournemouth’s third went in, the mood around Elland Road understandably turned. A few dozen fans stood up behind the dugout to berate Marsch and ask for answers on what was going on.
All the head coach could do was hold his hands out. There was nothing he could say or do in that moment.
Kinnear and Beckford celebrate
At 3-1 down, Elland Road had threatened to turn on Marsch and the directors’ box as it had done in the Fulham loss, but the fans stood by the team and the team responded in the most memorable way.
Angus Kinnear would have been among the most relieved people inside the stadium given the backing the board has given Marsch in recent weeks. He and retired Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford were seen celebrating with one another at the back of the directors’ box.
